This is a new wellness experience called Walking on Wednesdays with Widows and Widowers. If you have lost a loved one, or if you are a kind soul, please join me to walk with people who have lost people they love. This is a very gentle meander, for people who are grieving, to help them get into nature to heal.
Please come prepared to walk slowly and talk softly with these visitors. This is meant as a supportive experience to help those who are grieving to recover and get moving toward self care. It will be every Wednesday at lunch time, changing locations every month.
