TM Volunteer support request for Rancho Cañada del Oro OSP. As spring approaches and we prepare for the glory and the consequence, we seek trained TM support in and around the staging area of Rancho Cañada del Oro OSP. Power tools and hand tools will be available and used, dependent on volunteer numbers and staff direction.
Please meet in the main staging area at 9:00 a.m. and get the plan from field staff for the day. We will be weed eating around the staging area split rail, around the paved Llagas meadow loop, Hidden Meadow trail, and the overflow lot. We will also be re-striping the parking lot, and tackling a few other needs as identified by staff.
Soon, we will begin to weed eat trails in all preserves, at the moment we are addressing staging areas.
Please pack all appropriate PPE and water and calories required for safe participation. Remember: "Taking care of yourself is taking care of the team!"
