We are seeking one awesome volunteer to represent the Authority at The San Jose Museum of Art's Salsa Dance Night. Kat will be there in support of the event.
The San Jose Museum of Art is partnering with the City of San José Office of Cultural Affairs and el Cafecito (Mezcal) to present four evenings of professional dance instruction and open-air dancing, live music, socializing and fun activities in the Circle of Palms—the plaza in front of SJMA. All events are free and open to the public. El Cafecito will provide a cash bar outside and light fare at the indoor café. Museum admission will also be free for the evening—everyone is welcome.
Dance instruction is from 6–7pm and open dance from 7–9pm. Tables and activities should be set up and ready to go by 6pm. The Authority is excited to welcome neighbors and community members to our work and mission at the Salsa Dance Night
Kat will bring all needed materials and parking and set-up details will be sent out at least 2 days in advance.
