We are seeking one guided hike sweep to support our upcoming private hike for the Vietnamese American Services Center!
Volunteer shift time: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Program run time (when the public is there): 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Help with directing the public to the program site
- Hike with the group to the top of Spreckels Hill and provide general support to the docents leading
Overview: We are welcoming members of communities that have previously been left out of the planning process to hear their perspectives, insights, and concerns about the future of the valley so that we can be more responsive in upcoming planning efforts.
Notes about this program:
- We will have an interpreter to support the program. They will have been sent a list of key terminology to make the process easier for them
- Braeden Will, SVOSA's Coyote Valley Planning Intern, will be there to support the efforts, and collect feedback from community members regarding the future of Coyote Valley planning.
