TM Volunteer support request for trail weed eating work Little Uvas Open Space Preserve. This property is not open to the public on a regular basis, featuring three ponds, a small trail network, and an old ranch site it never fails to provide something cool to see. Wildflowers are also a bonus at this time of year.
Space for 8 volunteers. Please bring all provided PPE. Attending volunteers should look for a white open space tear drop flag off Uvas Rd, that will make the turn into the property.
To find this preserve, go to Rancho but instead of turning off of McKean onto Casa Loma, continue forward. McKean turns into Uvas Rd after Casa Loma and afew miles later is the turn for the preserve. Opportunity map link can be used for navigation.
