We are seeking two amazing Volunteer Ambassador to join OSA staff member to represent the Authority for Juneteenth! at Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose on June 19, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This fun, seasonal event will draw enthusiastic crowds and we hope to connect and share our upcoming programming with families.
Celebrate freedom, culture, and community with us at our Juneteenth celebration! Find your rhythm during a drumming workshop with Pope Flyne, Ghanaian-born performer, composer, and educator, and try your hand at some traditional African drums. Then top off the day by making your own percussion instrument!
