We are seeking two amazing volunteers to represent the Authority at the San Andreas Regional Center's Annual Superhero Festival at Almaden Lake Park along OSA Staff. This event occurs on July 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 pm. We will need two volunteers to arrive at 10:00 a.m. to help finish setting - up a booth with table, canopy, weights and chairs and to engage the public until the festival is over at 2 p.m. Clean up will start at 2 p.m.
The San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) is a local non-profit that assists individuals with developmental disabilities. SARC hosts an annual fundraiser and 5 k walk/run/ roll and fair to help raise awareness and support for the developmental disability community and this year's theme is Superheros! The Authority is excited to attend this event in support of our community and to share resources for outdoor enjoyment and education.
Parking and directions will be sent at least two days in advance.
