This is a different and unique volunteer opportunity where OSA is not tabling at the event but would love a volunteer or two to attend as a guest and report back to us on how the event was. Attend the event to check out the scene, engage with various exhibitors, enjoy the entertainment, take some photos, and let us know your thoughts and opinions on if OSA should consider tabling at this event in the future. You can attend any time between 11am-4pm when the event is taking place.
We will provide a series of questions in advance to help use as a guide for the assessment. We hope you can answer these questions after visiting to provide the best overview on strength and alignment of this event for the Open Space Authority.
Village Fest is a community-centered family-friendly street festival designed to bring neighbors together and celebrate the vibrancy of South San José’s District 2 (OSA District 1). Hosted at Village Oaks Shopping Center, the event transforms a commercial corridor into our neighborhood’s town square filled with live music, family activities, local businesses, food, art, and community connection. Join us in celebrating the culture, creativity, and community spirit of South San José.
