We are seeking two (2) amazing Volunteer Ambassador to join to represent the Authority for Mid-Autumn Moon Festival! at Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose on Saturday September 26, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This fun, seasonal event will draw enthusiastic crowds and we hope to connect and share our upcoming programming with families. Volunteer shift is from 9:30am-2:00pm.
Volunteers will be expected to arrive by 9:30a.m. to set-up a table and agency resources & giveaway items. Volunteers will engage with museum attendees through the shift and pack up items once event slows down between 1:30pm-2:00pm.
Jeanette will coordinate with volunteers to pick-up and drop off materials at our offices at 33 Las Colinas, before and after the event. Parking and set-up details will be sent out at least 2 days in advance.
