We are looking for two Preserve Steward volunteers to help with the Bay Area Ridge Trail Dedication event at Máyyan ‘Ooyákma - Coyote Ridge on Wednesday August 30th from 7:30am - 10:30am.
For this event we will have guests parked at Tulare Meadow (across from Laguna Seca) and then have a shuttle pick them up and drop them off at Máyyan ‘Ooyákma - Coyote Ridge for the event. We need two volunteers to park at the shuttle pick up area, help folks get on the shuttle, and then ride on the shuttle with guests to Máyyan ‘Ooyákma - Coyote Ridge. Durning the event you can roam, help answer questions, and enjoy the snacks, activities, and speeches. Then at 10:30am you will help remind guests that the shuttle is leaving, board the shuttle, and return to the parking area where you started.
This should be a really fun event! We are relying on you to help remind guests to board the shuttle at the right time and join them for the ride. There will also be field staff present at the event.
