Here's how to sign up for docent training:
Please sign up for each individual session you plan on attending for docent training this year. Keep in mind that Wednesday training sessions are virtual and will cover the very basics of what we would like you to learn for that week. Weekend training sessions are in-person and the location will change week to week. This will be an opportunity to learn more in-depth about the topics being covered. Michelle and Teri will be sending details and reminders as we go along.
The last two weeks of docent training are required for all docents who want to lead hikes at Máyyan ‘Ooyákma - Coyote Ridge this Spring. Wednesday Jan 3st, Saturday Feb 3rd, and Sunday Feb 4th will cover the same topics so feel free to select whatever day works best for you. Wednesday Feb 7th, Saturday Feb 10th, and 11th will also cover the same topics. Please select one day on each of those weekends that you can attend. The virtual training days on Jan 31st and Feb 7th will be recorded so they can be watched later.
