We are seeking 2 amazing volunteers to represent the Authority at Martial Cottle's Pollinator Fair which occurs on June 15 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. We will need two volunteers to arrive at 8:00 a.m. to set- up a booth with table, canopy, weights and chairs and to engage the public until 12:00 p.m. Clean up will start at 12 p.m.
In celebration of National Pollinator Week booths, guided walks, crafts and other opportunities will be shared to increase public appreciation for local pollinators.
Kat will coordinate with volunteers to pick-up and drop off materials at our offices at 33 Las Colinas, before and after the event. Parking and set-up details will be sent out at least 2 days in advance.
