We are seeking two (2) amazing volunteers to represent the Authority at Summerdale Elementary's Back-to-School Night Resource Fair. We will need two volunteers to arrive at 3:45 p.m. to set-up our agency resources (canopy, table, chairs will be provided). Parents will be dropping by between 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. before visiting classrooms. Volunteers may take down the materials after 5:15 p.m.
The Authority is excited to welcome families back to the school year with free resources about our preserves and educational events!
Gavin will coordinate with volunteers to pick-up and drop off materials at our offices at 33 Las Colinas, before and after the event. Parking and set-up details will be sent out at least 2 days in advance.
